Documents required by the school for registration for admission

  1. The identification card or valid passport of the student (the sight of the original, plus one copy)
  2. The birth certificate of the student (the sight of the original, plus one copy)
  3. A valid residency permit for all non -Qataris (the sight of the original, plus one copy) 
  4. Two recent photograph
  5. A health record document for students between the ages of three and six who are already residents in Qatar (sight of the originals, plus one copy)
  6. For Class I onwards previous school TC and last Academic year report card.
  7. Employment letter of parents.
  8. For Class KG II and above, a written test is conducted. All tests are followed by interaction with the Principal. Only a Parent’s interview with the Principal is required for KG I and no formal test is required. The child should accompany the parent for the interview.
  9. The admission test for class KG II and above will be based on the syllabus of the class immediately preceding the class to which admission is sought.
  10. Preference for siblings
  11. The decision of the principal/designate shall be final.
