Greetings of the day,

 

To help the parents to deposit the fees and cost of books for the academic year 2018-19, separate schedule is appended below for your ready reference. Counters will be functioning in Matar Qadeem campus for this purpose. You are requested to make note of the following.

  1. The classes mentioned in the schedule given below refers to 2018-19 classes.(For example; Students of STD I of 2018-19 are the students of KG II during 2017-18)

Note:-

  1. Regarding issue of tokens kindly note the following:

a).200 tokens will be issued in the morning session & 150 in the evening session.

b).Tokens cannot be reserved over phone, first come first served principle will be followed.

  1. Timing: Saturday to Thursday – 8 AM to 1.00 PM & 5 PM to 7.00 PM.
  2. On 26th March 2018, transaction will be only in the evening  
  3. Office will not be functioning on 01.04.2018   due to financial   year   
  4. Payments towards books will be collected only after receipt of the tuition fee.
  5. Payments by Cash Only.
  6. Tuition & Transportation charges will be collected only on termly basis
