With a purpose to raise awareness of students of equality and human dignity, Bhavan’s Public School celebrated HumanRights Day on 10th December 2018. To mark the day, students gave a thoughtful speech and beautifully portrayed the seven universal declarations of human rights. The enthusiastic students prodigiously presented a short skitthat portrayed a poor farmer’s struggle for his rights. Principal Mr.M.P.Philipencouraged everyone to stand up for one’s rights and uphold the rights of every life on earth. He also impelled the students to exercise not only our rights but also our duties as a responsible human being.Vice principal, Mr.Dharmarajkumarurged everyone to establish equal dignity and value of every person regardless of the differences. The occasion applauded the students and teachers for their effort and called on to the students to respect and reaffirm their collective commitments to regard each other’s rights. The assembly really kindled the humanitarian spirit in the students.
