To salute teachers, students of Bhavan’s celebrated Teacher’s day with great zest and fondness. The students put up a pleasing assembly, conveying their respect and shedding light on the irreplaceable place of a teacher. As a tribute, teachers from various departments were honoured by the students with colourfully decorated cards. The ‘Teachers’ Logo’ was also bestowed upon each teacher to recognize them as nation builders. Master Christo Byju delivered a speech recalling the great contribution of the teachers. Students staged a mime showing the transition from Gurukula system to the modern education. Principal Mr.M.P.Philip spelled that home is the first school and the parents are the best teachers. The Vice Principal, M.r.Dharmaraj Kumar said that teachers are architects of a nation. The Headmistress, Ms. Asha Shiju in her message urged the students to appreciate and respect their teachers who play a vital role in designing their future. Headmistress, Mrs.Shailaja reinforced the students with a message to be the reason to have extraordinary teachers.
