We are pleased to announce that the school is organising SCIENTIA-2016 with the aim of providing an opportunity to students for applying their knowledge of science to addressreal life impediments to community development.Search for junior scientists preliminary round will be held on 12th November 2016 (Saturday) at Wakra,Matar and Mid Mac campuses in the school hours.The selected exhibits will be presented at WAKRA CAMPUS on 14 November 2016 (Monday).Parents are invited to witness the exhibits after school hours(from 2 Pm to 6 Pm).The competitions in various events will be conducted for students in five categories(from std.3 to 12).Those who wish to participate should fill in the attached pro forma and return the same to their class teachers by 01 November2016.No entries will be accepted after this date. Last date for the submission of Exhibits & Research Project is on 10th November 2016.

Terms & Conditions………..
* A student can display a maximum of two exhibits – one working model & one still model.Students research project is not included in this & will be evaluated seperately.
* Name of the student, Class, and campus should be marked at the bottom of the exhibit.No name to be written on the facing side of the charts or exhibits
* For group exhibits maximum no. of participants are two & each group should have a team leader. Group events will be evaluated seperately.
* Harmful materials are strictly prohibited. Fire, smoke etc should not be caused by any working model.
* Students who need electricity for their working models should bring extension cord with them.
* Each exhibits will be judged in the priliminary round and only the selected exhibits will be considered for competition,which will be held on 14th Nov. 2016 at MidMac campus.
* Those students who were selected for final round (after priliminary) should prepere for a stayback on 14th Nov. 2016 to present their exhibits in front of parents.
* Exhibits can be collected from the venue itself on 14th November after 6.00pm.
* Students should take the responsibility of their own exhibits.
* Exhibition committee reserves the right to make changes, if required at any point of time.
* Decision of the judges will be final and binding.
