Classes I to IV will function only till 11.30 am on 04/12/14.Transportation arrangement is made accordingly. Authoriries of Al-Ahali sports club had helped us to provide the stadium to conduct two events of the school including sports day. Let us reciprocate by attending the football match on 4th December at Al-Arabi stadium between 4pm and 6pm. Kindly make it convenient to attend the match with family to cheer up Al – Ahali team.

                As you know very well the authorities of Al-Ahali stadium and Al- Arabi stadium are helping the institution to conduct various sports events of the school. Let us show our gesture of reciprocation by extending our co-operation to them. The authorities of Al - Ahali stadium have requested us to send our students and parents to witness the match between Al- Ahali V/S Likhwiya on 4th December 2014 at Al- Arabi stadium.
Hence, students of classes V to IX will have stay back arrangement after the school hours on 4th December 2014.The match will be held between 4.00 P.M to 6.00 P.M and our students have to report at the stadium by 3.00 P.M. Food packets will be provided by the organisers .School bus will be arranged for dropping the students back home after the match. It is also requested of your presence with family to witness the match.

Circular 44- DATE:2nd,November,2014[ Science Exhibition Reg:]

Sub:Science Exhibition

  Kindly note the following points:
1) Wednesday the 5th November, 2014 will be a holiday for classes KG to VIII and the same will be compensated on Saturday the 15th November.
2) Thursday the 6th November, will be a regular working day for all the classes. The participants of science exhibition to come prepared for a stay back on the 6th for explaining their exhibits in the evening. They will be dropped back after 7 PM.
3) The students participating in the science exhibition will have to report to school on Saturday the 8th November. Transport will be arranged to pick up and drop the students. Timings will be intimated by the transport department, however the students will have to be present at 9 AM and will be dropped back after 12 Noon.
4) The science exhibition will be open to the parents and public on Thursday 6th November, from 5 to 7 PM and on Saturday 8th November from 9 am to 12 Noon.
All are welcome to visit the exhibition.

Note: (1) Children will have to bring materials for off stage competitions. No materials will be provided by the school. (2) Children can choose three programs from on stage items and two from off stage. (3) Action Song preliminary rounds will be conducted on 9th & 10th of November. Rules and Regulations
1. Competitions will be conducted on the basis of following categories:
A) Category   I  (class LKG)
B) Category  II  (class UKG)
C) Category  III ( class 1 & 2)
D) Category  IV (class 3,4 & 5)
E) Category  V  (class 6 & 7)
F) Category VI ( class 8, 9 & 10)
2. Minimum of 5 entries in each item are required for conducting the events.(Except Classical Dance, Solo songs  and Instrumental Music)
3. All participants of dance will be required to bring their music only in high quality audio CD. Marks will be deducted for bad quality recording and music.
4. The songs chosen should not be film songs or of religious themes.
5. The songs chosen for western dance should be purely western music (no Hindi / regional language).
6. For all the events, the decisions of the judges shall be final and binding to everyone. No discussions or            complaints will be entertained.
7. Detailed time schedule and venues within the campus of the competitions will be intimated later.
8. Entry form duly filled should be returned to the class teachers on or before 2nd Nov 2014.

The school is set to organize its 4thSummer Camp “PASS 2014” following the success of its three camps held since 2011.
“PASS 2014”(P- Physical, A- Artistic, S- Safety & Security) will endeavor towards the mental , spiritual, emotional and physical development of the children through various infotainment activities. The “PASS-2014” camp will be a 40 days package commencing from 6th July, 2014.Since, the Holy month of Ramadan&Eid falls in between the summer camp ,it will be split into two segments from July 6thto 24thJuly,2014 and then from 6th August to 21st August, 2014 with the curriculum planned accordingly with an exciting package of an array of stimulating activities and infotainments such as Dance,Aerobics,yoga,karate,communications skills, SUPW, Life skills,Instrumental music,Art,indoor games,study trips,Environmental Awareness, Public Speaking, Safety & Security tips and games with values of Interpersonal Skills,etc. The venue for the camp is Matar Qadeem Campus and timings will be from 8am to 1pm. The camp days will be from Sunday to Thursday.
The “PASS 2014”is open to the students of all schools in Qatar.The curriculum is designed to cater to the children of various age groups and the camp attendees will be segregated into age groups.Transportation will be available on request. Due to extreme summer, the temperature has been increasing considerably which compels us to regulate the school timings. Hence the following time schedule will be followed with effect from 1st June 2014.Reporting time at the school remains same.KG classes will get over by 10.30am.Primary and secondary classes will get over by 12.40pm.
