Qatar National Day, the most celebrated national event of the state of Qatar was celebrate pompously at Lussail Sports Arena, bringing together almost all the Asian communities and various school to be a part of this grand occasion. Bhavan’s public school also declared symbolic solidarity with the day by ensuring the participation in cultural activities.The select students of Bhavan’s School staged colourful programs portraying the art, culture and lifestyle of Qatar and the indigenous Indian tradition. The programs set off with chanting the Qatar national anthem by the students of participating schools. Then, March past was held with the fusion display of martial arts and aerobics. The coveted trophy for march past was bagged by Bhavan’s public school. Our students rendered melodious songs in general category and then sung thematic song reminding the glory, legacy and vivacious tradition of Qatar. The crowd-pulling event was the thematic show which tactfully sewed the theme of ‘Qatar Organ Donation’. The performers and the spectators wished ‘Qatar’ all the good in becoming the superpower in the imminent future. Bringing joy and cheer to the teachers, well-wishers, performers and consentious parents, Bhavan’s Public school was adjudged the second in overall score. The Principal Mr. M.P.Philip , Director of Administration Mrs. Anjana Menon, Head Mistress Shailaja Krishnakumar and Asha Shiju were kind enough to grace the occasion.
