To commemorate the birth anniversary of Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru, Bhavan’s Public School Campus observed the day on 12th November 2019 with utmost gaiety and zeal. The students organized a wonderful assembly with various events including speech, a melodious group song and a soul-stirring ballet dance to convey the profound message for children to love and respect parents and teachers. A wonderful was presented by Christo Byju in which he said ‘No matter how old you are, how smart you are, children will always have something to offer you and whatever they give you has the magical power of transforming you into someone better. The Principal Mr.M.P.Philip recalled Nehru’s quote ‘Children are like buds and should be carefully nurtured with values as they are the future of the nation and the citizen of tomorrow”. He urged the children to be good human with strong values that add value to society. The Vice Principal Mr. Dharmarajkumar said to treasure the child in us and cherish the child in your friends because they always have something just for you. The Headmistress Ms. Asha Shiju said let the innocence of children be deeper than the deepest oceans and the love be bigger than biggest mountains. The Headmistress Ms.Shailaja Krishna Kumar said “Let us have respect for each other whether small or big and let us always make the child remain alive in us”.
