An orientation programme was organized for the teachers of Matar and Midmac campuses on 22nd and 24th August 2019.The orientation began with an intensive and thought provoking session by Principal Mr.M.P.Philip exhorting the staff to change the mindset in order to be aware of the new winds of change and to help the students to adapt to them.The resource person Headmistress Mrs.Asha Shiju briefed about the required communication skill as it is the backbone of teaching-learning process.Academic Coordinator Mr.Thomas in his detailed discussion on ‘Classroom management strategies’ provided tips for enhancing classroom learning.The power point presentations and the interactive session assisted the teachers to develop competency and to face the challenges so that we are able to unfold the gifts and potentials of the students and foster a positive environment in our classrooms.
