The teachers of Arabic and Islamic studies of all Indian schools in Qatar were invited to attend the expanded meeting on various aspects related to teaching methodology of MOE Arabic text books. The first session started at 9:00 am by Mr. Omer Niazullah, Teacher in Arabic,Al Maha Academy . The session was really encouraging and fruitful. It was followed by an effective interaction among the teachers.The second session started at 9:45 am by Mr. Mohammed Elm Mohamed Taleb , HOD of the Dept: of Arabic, Fanar. The topic was Teaching Arabic for Non- Arabs . He presented a power point presentation on the relevant topic and also he explained how to deal with problems while teaching Arabic for Non- Arabic students.The third session was done by Mr.Nafees Ahammed Qasimi, Expert in Arabic Quran and Islamic studies and the topic was the difficulties in teaching Arabic language and how to overcome it.After the last session the representative teacher of each school was given a chance for an open discussion. All the representatives expressed their ideas for the related topics and clarified their doubts. The session given proper guidance to optimize the use of available resources effectively in the classroom to achieve optimum growth and development in this stream. The certificates were awarded for all the teachers attended the session and this workshop apprised everyone to bring efficacy in this eminent and divine profession.
