SUB: REMEDIAL CLASSES FOR KG
This is to inform you that your ward Mast/Ms …………………………………………………………………studying in class …………………..Div. …………. has been identified for remedial classes on the recommendation by the class teacher ,without charging any fees. The classes will be conducted on Mondays and Wednesdays after class hours from 11.30am to 12.30 pm except during vacation. The Remedial classes will start from 01ST October 2017 .Transportation will not be provided to drop your ward. Hence you are requested to arrange transport to pick your ward at 12.30pm after the class.
Also, you are requested to submit the duly filled consent letter given below on 25th September 2017 For further clarification, you may please contact the respective class teachers.
