Bhavan’s Public School celebrated 71st Independence Day with great patriotic fervour, zeal and zest. The function began at 9 AM at Matar Qadeem Campus. The Principal Mr M.P.Philip welcomed the gathering with his inspiring speech. To commemorate the sovereignty of our nation, the Chief Guest Bhavan’s President Mr P.N.Baburajan unfurled the tricolour flag and all in unison sang the National Anthem. The students of Choir group trained by Music Teacher Mr Salah sang the Patriotic song that awakened everyone’s feelings towards our Mother Land. The programme concluded with very inspiring speeches given by the Chief Guest and Management board of Director Mr K.M.Arunan. Bhavan’s General Secretary Mr K.M.Anil, Management Board members Mr Nazar, Mr Hameed, Mr Louis, HR Manager Mr Gopinath, Head Mistress Mrs. Asha Shiju, teachers, students, parents and non-teaching staff graced the occasion. At the end sweets were distributed to all.
