To celebrate and honour the fatherhood, Bhavans Public School celebrated fathers’ day on 19th June. A special assembly was conducted which delineated the admiring father figures and impelled the children to own the paternal bonds applauding their contributions. Students showed their respect for the fathers by giving speeches, sang songs, enacted a skit and engaged themselves in watching a short film which acknowledged the dedication, devotion and the efforts made by them in nurturing their families. Headmistress Mrs Shailaja KrishnaKumar and Mrs. Asha Shiju encouraged the students to recognize the unique role of fathers who enrich our lives and to carry forward the legacy they leave to us. They also quoted their own experiences of being the daughter of a great father.
